Glenn Bass has over 30 years of experience as lead counsel in the defense of complex litigation matters with a focus on premises and products liability as well as insurance coverage issues. With significant trial experience in defending large casualty insurers’ cases in Federal and State Court, Mr. Bass is an expert on complex insurance coverage issues, bad faith and direct action claims against insurers. Additionally, residential landlords and commercial property owners consistently rely on Glenn’s zealous advocacy in the defense of various types of premises liability matters including slip or trip and fall and third-party criminal attack cases.

Mr. Bass is AV rated by Martindale Hubbell, a Georgia Top Rated Lawyer in 2012 and 2014.  Mr. Bass is also a regular seminar speaker on issues such as premises liability, products liability, complex insurance coverage issues and employment discrimination matters.
