Jane Taylor is a registered nurse and a leader of the firm’s medical malpractice and workers’ compensation teams. Ms. Taylor has over 20 years of experience defending individuals and corporations in the state and federal courts of Georgia and before the Georgia Board of Workers’ Compensation. As lead attorney on complex medical malpractice cases, Ms. Taylor has significant experience defending claims against both health care professionals and health care facilities.

Ms. Taylor also has significant knowledge of the Georgia workers’ compensation system, having represented employers and insurers before the State Board of Workers’ Compensation for nearly 20 years. Ms. Taylor’s background as a registered nurse is a significant asset to both her health care and workers’ compensation clients.
