Rachel Goldberg


Rachel Goldberg is a litigation associate who focuses her practice in the areas of premises liability and employment law.

Rachel graduated from the University of Georgia School of Law where she served as an Articles and Notes Editor for the Journal of Intellectual Property Law and successfully represented UGA in regional and national Negotiations competitions. During law school, she spent a semester in Washington D.C. working for USAID and interned for the Hon. Jill Pryor of the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Prior to law school, Rachel served as the Legislative Director for a Georgia State Representative.

Prior to joining the firm, Rachel served as Law Clerk to Hon. John Simpson, Chief Judge of the Coweta Judicial Circuit.
