Chiaka Adele focuses her practice on healthcare issues and employment law. As a member of the firm’s medical malpractice team, Ms. Adele acts as lead counsel defending related cases. Her significant first chair experience in workers’ compensation actions before the Georgia Board of Workers’ Compensation and in the Trial and Appellate Courts of Georgia provides expert advice and counsel for clients on various issues, including FMLA, ADA, Title VII, ADEA, FLSA, discrimination, retaliation, hiring, discipline, termination, employment-related policies, and employment contracts.

Additionally, Ms. Adele provides in-house seminars and workshops to management of e-discovery issues, employment-related issues, including interaction between ADA, FMLA and workers’ compensation, and drug workplace and safety policies.
