Founding partner, Hank Scrudder, has more than 35 years of experience defending businesses and individuals in Georgia State and Federal Courts.

Hank has extensive experience defending complex cases, primarily involving medical malpractice, professional liability, insurance coverage disputes, common carrier liability, and commercial casualty claims. Mr. Scrudder is AV Preeminent peer review rated by Martindale-Hubbell and is an active member of both the Defense Research Institute and the Georgia Defense Lawyers Association.
