Teddy Sutherland has been defending clients in the state and federal courts of Georgia for over a decade.  One focus of his practice is trucking litigation, but he has extensive experience litigating a variety of serious personal injury cases including products and premises liability cases.  Mr. Sutherland is also an expert in preparing business contracts and litigating contractual disputes, including complex insurance coverage matters.  He is a member of the Georgia Defense Lawyers’ Association and the Defense Research Institute.
